The interface and the features are built for your need: that is what keeps a site fast and lets it evolve without rebuilding everything. We work with the most current tools, and nothing ships without being reviewed and tested by us.
At the end of the project, the code and the accounts are yours, with no licence and no dependency to pay us for. Taking it over, handing it to someone else or carrying on with us: that is your call, not ours.
Every line is priced before you sign. If something needs adding along the way, you hear it before we do it, never on the final invoice.
We give a date we know we can hold rather than one that pleases. If something unexpected happens, you hear it from us, early.
Load times, Core Web Vitals, page weight: we measure before and after, and we show you the figures. Our own analysis tools exist first to keep us honest.
Contrast, keyboard navigation, alternative text, a coherent heading structure. A site some people cannot use is a site half finished.
Hosting is chosen with you, in Switzerland when your activity calls for it, elsewhere in Europe when that is the better trade-off. In every case: encryption, daily backups, and nFADP and GDPR compliance documentation you can hand to your own clients.
If an app is not necessary, if a feature will cost more than it brings in, we say so. A successful project is worth more than a large invoice.
What you need to be able to do yourself is agreed at kick-off: publish a news item, change a price, add a page. You get an admin interface cut down to exactly that, and the handover that goes with it. You should not have to call us to change a phone number.
Monitoring, security updates, measurement and fixes. Launch day is a beginning, not a final handover of keys.
