02 · Self-service access

Open your premises around the clock, with nobody at the door.

The member or the customer opens the door with a personal QR code or a single-use code. Rights are granted and withdrawn from a browser, entries are logged, and the place runs without a front desk. Already in service in four Swiss venues.

What the system takes care of

01

Personal QR or single-use code

Every person has their own right: permanent for a member, dated or single-use for a visitor, a contractor, a one-off booking.

02

No more badges to manage

Nothing to produce, hand out, replace or chase up. A right is cut in one second, remotely, without waiting for the badge to come back.

03

Hours, profiles, exceptions

Open continuously or within set windows, with rules per profile and one-off exceptions, a class, an event, a service call.

04

A log of entries

Who came in, when, through which door. Useful for security, for insurance, and for understanding when people actually turn up.

05

Managed from a browser

No software to install: rights, hours and the log are handled from any workstation, including remotely.

06

Off-the-shelf hardware

At the door, the system works with common hardware rather than a proprietary range. You stay free to pick your supplier.

What looks like you, and what is already there

  • Your place: one door or several, one site or several, with different rules per entry point.
  • Your profiles: members, staff, contractors, visitors, each with their own rights and hours.
  • Your hardware: turnstile, strike, reader, barrier, we start from what is already fitted.
  • Your tools: the system can connect to your existing membership or booking software.
  • What is already there: issuing rights, revoking them, the log, the management interface, the hosting.

How it gets set up

You get your own instance, hosted in Switzerland. We first study your installation and your access rules, then adapt the base, fit or connect the hardware on site and train the person who will manage rights day to day. Hosting and maintenance carry on continuously. On quotation, after a site visit or a detailed conversation about your setup.

Frequently asked questions

What kind of places is it for?

Any premises that must stay accessible without permanent staff: gyms, coworking spaces, launderettes, campsites, self-storage, meeting rooms, technical rooms. The principle stays the same, only the rules change.

Do I need to replace the lock or the turnstile?

Not as a rule. We look at what is there first: many installations connect as they are. A replacement is only proposed when the hardware in place cannot be driven reliably.

What happens if someone loses their phone?

Their right is revoked remotely, straight away, and reissued on their new device. That is precisely the advantage over a physical badge, which stays active until it is found or reported.

How long are entries kept?

The period is set with you, based on what you genuinely need and what Swiss data protection law allows. The log serves security and operations, not surveillance.

And if the internet goes down?

That is the first thing we check on your site, before proposing anything: how the system behaves during an outage depends on the door hardware in place, and it is decided with you rather than discovered on the day.
