THE PROJECT

A developer, a catalogue that stays current.

LOSTEL SA develops and delivers real estate projects in the Swiss Jura: its own developments as much as those of private or professional clients, acting as general contractor, with no broker or middleman.

The site had to carry that double role: introduce the developer and keep its property catalogue alive, with a price, a status and a page that stay current without going through a web developer.

01 · THE PROPERTIES

Every property has its own page, kept current.

A dedicated content type carries each property: price, status, floor area, number of rooms and description, shown automatically on its own page and on the catalogue grid. Seven properties sit in it today, from new apartments in Vicques to a modular industrial project in Delémont.

A full property page: a gallery of plans and renders, description, features, price.
A visible status: available, reserved, on request or coming soon, changed straight from the admin.
An interactive map: every property geolocated, a click on its pin opens the page.

02 · TWO WAYS TO BUILD

Developer for its own projects, general contractor for yours.

LOSTEL SA does not play middleman. For its own projects, the company sources the land, designs, secures the permits, oversees the site and sells or rents directly. For a client with land or an idea, it takes the same role as general contractor, from the feasibility study to the handover of the keys.

No broker, no agency fee: direct contact with the project's developer.
Six steps covered: land, feasibility, permits, coordination, site supervision, turnkey handover.
New-build guarantees: ten-year warranty, builder's after-sales service, personal follow-up.

The projects page unfolds what LOSTEL has built, is building and is about to build across French-speaking Switzerland: from the industrial floor space already delivered in Delémont to the new penthouses and apartments in Vicques, still being sold. One continuous thread, rather than a fixed catalogue.
