THE PROJECT

Azad Ceylan, personal trainer at the Five Club in Delémont.

Azad Coaching is the site of an independent personal trainer based at the Five Club in Delémont: an introduction to the coach, one-to-one coaching offers by goal, and online handling from the first free session onward.

The site had to replace back-and-forth messaging: a visitor picks a goal, books a trial session, then buys and tracks a session pack from a client area, without ever leaving the site.

01 · THE COACHING

Three goals, one coach.

The coaching page opens on the three most common requests: weight loss, muscle gain, getting back into shape. Every goal leads to the same path, a free trial session, then a pack chosen to match the pace wanted.

  • Three clear entry points: weight loss, muscle gain, getting back into shape.
  • A free trial session, booked in one click straight from the page.
  • The pack catalogue at the foot of the same page, ready to book.

02 · THE BOOKING

Booking built into the site.

The booking engine sits inside the site itself, wired to the coach's calendar: a visitor opens the calendar from any button on the page, sees only the days still open, picks a slot, then leaves their details. Two steps, a window laid over the page, and no hand-off to an outside booking platform.

  • Two steps from end to end: the slot, then the details, without leaving the page.
  • Availability pulled from the real calendar: closed days stay greyed out, times already taken disappear.
  • The trial session as the way in: booked without an account, while the same engine takes payment for the packs later.

03 · MOMENTUM

A free thirty-day programme, designed for women.

Momentum is a page apart, with a different tone from the rest of the site: a video from Azad, testimonials from participants, the programme's content (training, nutrition, WhatsApp follow-up) and a comparison with and without the programme. Visitors leave their details to receive the programme by email, which makes the page a genuine tool for recruiting new clients.

  • A 30-day programme: training, nutrition, WhatsApp follow-up seven days a week.
  • A four-field form, with the programme promised back by email.
  • A dedicated page and testimonials, separate from the rest of the site.

04 · THE CLIENT AREA

A pack bought online, a session booked from your own account.

Every pack opens on its full content, with a payment that can be split and an immediate booking. Once the pack is bought, the client finds their remaining sessions and books appointments from a personal area.

  • Three packs, from 10 to 30 sessions, detailed before purchase.
  • Online payment, splittable up to three times depending on the pack.
  • A dedicated client area to track a pack and book new appointments.
The client area: sign-in, pack overview, new booking.
